• We only accepts return with manufacturing mistakes and only applies to the same goods / articles
• Our return / refunds only comes in Store Credits
• Items can only be returned within a maximum period of 3 days (Sunday excluded) after the items are received. The day the item is received is considered 1 day.
• Receipt must be attached when sending back the items. If the receipt is not attached, we reserve the right to refuse further processing of the return
• Customers should bear the cost of shipping when returning items
• Credits will only be awarded if items returned are still in unused condition and undamagaed with tags still intacs
• The credits given can be used for future purchases in xsml.co.id
• No return on sale items or purchases using special promo
• No return and refund accepted at our other stores
